Stylist
ABOUT THE JOB
A Stylist needs to have the ability to bring projects to life with an impressive eye for design. They need to leverage trends within the residential and commercial market, be able to engage with multiple suppliers from local crafts people to big brands and work closely with clients to bring their design vision to life on time and in budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work alongside the Sales Team to support their projects with styling packs
Create presentations adhering to company design standards
Put together product options in line with client’s design brief and budget
Get pricing from suppliers and negotiate best terms for the project
Develop and nurture relationships with key accessory suppliers
Research and build relationships with new suppliers
Keep up to date with latest trends and sector news through trade fair attendance and market research
Accurate use of internal systems for processing orders and maintaining pipeline
Confidently and independently run a client meeting in their offices or on site
Deliver comprehensive company presentation to various audiences
Manage own workflow effectively
Find ways to increase margin
Show proactivity in problem solving
Communicate clearly with clients throughout the project
Communicate clearly with suppliers to ensure pricing, specification and deadlines are met
Successfully nurture and develop relationships with project designers and clients

Represent the organisation in a professional manner at industry events
ABOUT YOU
You have a minimum of 1 year's experience in interior design or a client facing, consultancy-led role
You have a keen design eye and attention to detail
You are confident in building client relationships
You are confident presenting your ideas to designers and client teams
You will follow the TFP Code (our company values)
You will come up with improvements to our processes and show drive to complete what you start
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
Excel and PowerPoint
-
2D Vectorworks and AutoCAD (advantage but not a must)
