Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator to support the consultancy and project management team in delivering outstanding projects.

Full-time · London/Manchester

ABOUT THE JOB


Our clients trust us to look after their furniture requirements and take complete responsibility for the process. Your job is to use your admin and problem-solving skills to support the consultancy and project management team to deliver beautiful projects on time.You will collaborate with furniture consultants, project management and finance to flag potential issues before they become a problem. There will be plenty of opportunity to grow professionally and take on more tasks within the team, and the wider business, if this is what you would like to do. TFP is a welcoming place to work, where you can be yourself, be confident and have fun along the way.   • You have exceptional attention to detail

  • You are able to deal with multiple tasks and deadlines at once

  •  You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • You are motivated to make environmentally conscious decisions in everything you do

  • You come up with improvements to our processes

  • You show drive to complete what you start

  • You are proactive

  • You find solutions and solve problems

  • You prioritise effectively and stick to deadlines

YOU MAY ALSO...

  • Have previous experience in the furniture industry

  • Speak another European language

  • Have experience in using Netsuite
