Field Project Manager (California/

We're looking for a Field Project Manager based on the west coast  to  run outstanding US  projects across multiple states, in particular the west coast, who has a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing and installing  office furniture projects. The role involves taking complete responsibility for the install of projects  ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

ABOUT THE JOB


Our clients trust us to look after their furniture requirements and take complete responsibility for the process. The Field Project Manager will oversee projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest quality standard. ABOUT YOU


  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in field work and on-site core drill mark ups

  • You can lead the planning of projects in collaboration with the client, contractor, sales and finance teams.

  • You are able to deal with multiple tasks and deadlines at once

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • You are motivated to make environmentally conscious decisions in everything you do

  • You come up with improvements to our processes

  • You show drive to complete what you start

  • You are proactive, prioritise effectively and stick to deadlines

  • You find solutions and solve complex problems onsite

  • You are comfortable with extensive, multi-state travel for work

  • You can lead install teams with confidence and authority

  • You have an awareness of ADA requirements, electrical and AV

  • Previous millwork or carpentry experience - desirable
